What better way to celebrate and comfort your changing body than through gentle stretching and uplifting movement! 

Classes include safe yoga poses, relaxation exercises for pregnancy and birth, breath-work, birth positions, remedies for common discomforts, and so much more. 

Prenatal yoga class also provides a unique and wonderful opportunity for like-minded, like-bodied women to come together to share their pregnancy experiences and yoga practice and even develop lasting friendships.


Mothers in every stage of pregnancy and every level of yoga experience are welcome. Come nourish your spirit and prepare your body and mind for your upcoming birth!  
Pregnancy is a normal and healthy event in a woman's life, and Kate's prenatal yoga classes reflect this. Her experience as a midwife, massage therapist, childbirth educator, and mother serve to enrich her classes and make them unique. More than 100 hours of specialized training in prenatal yoga complement Kate's Anusara Yoga training and practice to help her students reveal the beauty that is already present in their poses.
