YogaDance

Mondays, 4:00 - 5:15 pm

(changing to Tuesdays starting week of Sept 8th)

Thursdays, 4:00 - 5:15 pm

YogaDance breaks (and honors) traditional yoga boundaries with a flow that extends one posture to another and includes basic dance movements. You do not have to be a dancer or even have ever stepped foot on a dance floor to reap the joys of YogaDance. This class will loosen up the body and free the mind.  As with all yoga, we learn how to use our breath to sustain our practice. There will be loads of modifications so don't be shy, come check it out!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Fridays, 10:30 - 11:30 am

Synchronize movement and breath in a varied routine with awesome music to keep you moving from one posture to the next. This style of yoga keeps the heart rate up as you strengthen your body and open your mind. It's a fun way to practice for both beginner and advanced students. Every class will leave you a little lighter, a little taller, and a lot happier.

African Dance

Monday Evenings 7:15pm

beginning Sept 8th

(check schedule for live drumming dates!)

This easy to follow dance style invigorates the body and soul. African dance is a unique communal experience in that it was developed for healing and celebration. Come shake and sweat to the earthy sounds of the African drums. The movements are born from the elements: earth, wind, and fire. Whether paying homage to the harvest or dancing a warrior’s dance, this class is FUN & LIBERATING. No Dance background is needed. Come dance and leave feeling free.
