Movement Meditation
Fridays, 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Movement Meditation is moving to your own rhythm - I will guide you through relaxation, breathing, meditation (some seated & some gentle movement). There are no “steps” to follow, but rather an empowering to listen to your own body, your inner rhythms and be guided as to what you need in the moment. The benefits include: stress relief, relaxation, clarity and fun! Living a healthy balanced lifestyle by integrating mind, body, emotions and spirit into daily life. Any level of meditation experience is fine. Come and try it!

“My passion is supporting people in living the life they are truly here to live. My purpose and deep desire in leading movement meditation is to create a safe environment that supports people to deepen with themselves. Setting aside our minds and letting our inner wisdom speak. I love giving people time and space to nurture and love themselves with a simple and gentle style.”

Cynthia has been leading Meditation and Healing sessions since 1990. She began the Private Meditations at the Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa in 1993. Received her three year training and ordination of Ministry with The Center for Spiritual Healing, Inc. Tiburon, an inter-denominational Center, where she is the Vice President. Graduated from UC San Diego in Sociology. As a child, she danced with Anna Halprin learning to express through movement. After many years of meditating she found bringing in movement allowed people to receive meditation into the body in a deeper way.
