Pilates Mat & Tone (Dawn Theilen)
Tone and strengthen every aspect of your body in this challenging, but gentle class. This class goes beyond just core strengthening and focuses on the tough to tone muscles such as the inner thighs, back, and buttocks! Ballet moves incorporated with Pilates exercises gives you a deep and powerful workout while creating long, beautiful muscles that will improve your posture, increase your stamina and improve your balance and flexibility. Restorative Yoga helps lower heart rate and blood pressure and boosts the immune system by calming the sympathetic nervous system and stimulating the para-sympathetic nervous system. It allows you to move from the fight or flight mode into the relaxation response. Anxiety, depression and fatigue can all be addressed with restorative yoga. Relax and let go...

AM & PM Hatha Yoga (Julia Vining)
Start or end your day with a yoga practice that will leave you feeling centered and balanced. Every class will be different as we explore a variety of postures and include elements of meditation, relaxation and pranayama (breathing exercises). This is a medium-paced Hatha yoga class that is designed for experienced students as well as beginners. Different options of poses will be offered to enable students to practice according to their level of experience.

Movement Meditation (Cynthia McDougle)
Movement Meditation is moving to your own rhythm through relaxation, breathing, meditation (some seated & some gentle movement). There are no “steps” to follow, but rather an empowering to listen to your own body your inner rhythms and be guided as to what you need in the moment. The benefits include: stress relief, relaxation, clarity and fun! Any level of meditation experience is welcome. Come and try it!
