Zumba® (Lauren Drinkhall)
Hypnotic rhythms and easy to follow moves create this fun workout experience. The routines are interval based where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training, are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin & Hip Hop flavor with some international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®! Join us for a workout like no other: exhilarating, caloric-burning, body-energizing...awesome!

Zumba Tone (Mary Rossi)
Zumba Tone is also a Latin inspired, dance fitness class. The cardio based dance movements are fun, easy to follow, and bonus: they incorporate body sculpting into the routines! Work your gluteals, abdominals, arms, legs, and most importantly, your heart! With these fun and sexy moves, you'll forget your even working out!

Pilates Mat (Lori Marioni)
It's all about the abs! This class focuses on the core (your abdominals) with every movement. Stretching, toning, strengthening and stamina - with the benefit of exercises that sculpt a flatter stomach. A traditional Pilates mat class combined with roller and ball work builds muscle strength and rebalances the body - fun, invigorating and powerful!

Pilates Mat & Tone (Dawn Theilen)
Tone and strengthen every aspect of your body in this challenging, but gentle class. This class goes beyond just core strengthening and focuses on the tough to tone muscles such as the inner thighs, back, and buttocks!

Ballet moves incorporated with Pilates exercises gives you a deep and powerful workout while creating long, beautiful muscles that will improve your posture, increase your stamina and improve your balance and flexibility. After each class, you'll know you got a workout!

Yoga Sorta... (Leslie Murphy)
Wanna make a cool connection? How about starting with your Mind , Body, and Breath? Get close to your own en-er-gy (vibration) as you move through flowing rhythmic sequences to music. Make time for the stretch...LONG and SLOW, and end with a mindful release of any unwanted or "stale" ideas.

Nia Dance Plus (Elaina O’Malley)

Psychedelic Stretch (Sue Albano)
Have you ever seen one of those old fashioned stretching apparatuses? Thankfully, you won't need one, because we will do our own stretching in this class that will lengthen every muscle in your body. If you suffer from back pain, hip or knee pain, this class will be very beneficial for you. Mostly stretching, with some Yoga poses, and finishing with a restorative Shavasana. And, if you have time after......we will occasionally enjoy card readings and tasting various gem infused elixers. 

Hatha Yoga (Shrimata Sharan/Nicholas Evertz)
A strong class that links breath with posture and awareness. Each class is a playful mixture of movement, breath, awareness and fun intended to awaken the joy of being who we are.  Join us for a class that integrates mind, body, and spirit to awaken the true essence of the self- Bliss.

The Energy Break (qigong) (Robert Young)
Join us for a period of breath and movement designed to harmonize the internal functions of the body, develop concentration, bring about unity of body and spirit, and increase vitality and resistance to disease. At the end of the period you will feel relaxed, energized, and experience a deep sense of well being. These movements are easy to learn and perform and are designed to become a daily practice of personal self-care. And, they are fun!
